Article Two - Consumer Legal Capacity

  1. The consumer confirms having legal capacity as recognized under Sharia law and the Saudi legal system, or that they are at least 18 years old.
  2. If a consumer violates this article, they bear full responsibility for the consequences before third parties.

Article Three - Nature of Obligation

  1. The store’s primary obligation is to provide products and services to consumers.
  2. Additional services, such as after-sales support, may be provided depending on the type of product or service purchased.

Article Four - Usage Regulations

  1. Consumers must use the store in accordance with public morals and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. Consumers agree not to misuse purchased products or services in a way that violates Saudi regulations and ethical guidelines.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership, you are required to:

  1. Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. If you detect unauthorized access, you must notify the store immediately.
  2. The store is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to the consumer's negligence.
  3. You are fully responsible for all transactions made under your account. If another person uses your account, it implies you have authorized them.
  4. You agree to use the store with honesty and seriousness.
  5. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Any false, outdated, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.
  6. The store treats personal information with complete confidentiality.
  7. If false information is provided, the store reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your account without prior notice.

Failure to comply with these terms grants the store the right to suspend or permanently block your access to the platform.


Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Correspondence

  1. Communication between the store and the consumer will take place via the email registered on the platform.
  2. All agreements, notices, and policies communicated electronically are legally equivalent to written documents.
  3. The store may broadcast announcements to inform users of updates related to their dealings.

Article Seven - Amendments to the Agreement and Fees

  1. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
  2. This agreement is subject to modifications as necessary, and the store reserves the right to change fees or introduce new charges.
  3. Certain fees may apply depending on the nature of the requested services or government-imposed taxes.
  4. The store may increase, reduce, or modify fees for any consumer at its discretion.

Article Eight - Payment and Settlement

  1. Payments are processed via store-approved methods and third-party payment gateways.
  2. Prices are set according to recognized market values.
  3. Consumers receive invoices and receipts for all transactions.
  4. The store adheres to standard accounting principles in accordance with Saudi e-commerce laws.

Article Nine - Intellectual Property

  1. The store's intellectual property is fully owned by Reef Perfumes.
  2. Consumers must respect the store’s trademarks, logos, and branding elements. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Article Ten - Store Responsibilities

  1. The store operates lawfully and transparently under Saudi regulations.
  2. The store is not liable for losses caused by consumer errors, negligence, or third-party actions (e.g., shipping companies).
  3. Reef Perfumes, its employees, and representatives ensure that all products comply with Saudi laws and are intended for lawful purposes.

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer's account without notice if violations occur.


Article Twelve - Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to Saudi authorities.


Article Thirteen - General Provisions

  1. The Arabic language is the primary language for interpreting this agreement.
  2. Prices of products and services may be adjusted periodically.
  3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or terminated at any time.
  4. Consumers must comply with Sharia law and Saudi legal guidelines in all dealings.
  5. This agreement can only be terminated by a formal decision from the store’s management.

How to Delete Your Account from the App

To delete your account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and ensure you are logged in.
  2. Go to the Account tab (found under “Settings”).
  3. Log in if required.
  4. Tap "Edit Account" or "Manage Account."
  5. Scroll down to find account details.
  6. Tap "Delete Account."
  7. Read the warning carefully regarding permanent deletion.
  8. Tap "Confirm Deletion."

Important Notes:

  • Account deletion is irreversible. Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently erased.
  • Save important data beforehand, as it will no longer be accessible after deletion.
  • If you experience issues deleting your account, please contact our support team for assistance.
