At REEF, we are committed to offering products that reflect the highest standards of quality we take pride in. The Golden Warranty covers 30 days from the date of receiving the order, regardless of how much of the product has been used:
- Receiving a damaged or defective product.
- Receiving a product different from the one ordered.
- Missing or incomplete items in the received order.
- Offers that include more than one perfume are not eligible for partial returns.
- The Cash on Delivery (COD) service is a paid service. If the order is returned after delivery, the COD fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, it will be replaced immediately at no cost by contacting customer service.

General Return Conditions:
- Return fee: 25 SAR.
- The original perfume box must be provided. Returns will not be accepted with the bottle only.
- Orders from outside Saudi Arabia and the GCC are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.
- REEF reserves the right to reject Golden Warranty return requests if misuse or repeated returns are detected.
- Products purchased through the website cannot be returned at physical branches.
