Introduction-Usage Agreement
Welcome to our online store. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services through this electronic platform.
Any person who uses the store whether as a consumer of products or services or otherwise acknowledges and agrees that such use constitutes full consent and acceptance of all the terms and provisions of this agreement. The user confirms that he/she has the legal capacity required to enter into this agreement.
This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the store and the consumer and is considered valid and effective as soon as the consumer approves it and begins registering with the store, in accordance with Article (10) of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One-Introduction and Definitions
The above introduction is an integral part of this Agreement. The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
1. Store: Refers to (REEF) and includes all its forms on the internet, whether as a website, electronic application, or physical commercial store.
2. Consumer: Any natural person who engages in e-commerce to obtain products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3. Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions that govern and regulate the relationship between the store and the consumer.
Article Two-Legal Capacity of the Consumer
1. The consumer acknowledges that he/she has full legal capacity to deal with the store, or that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years old.
2. In the event of a violation of this article, the consumer shall bear full legal responsibility for the consequences before third parties.
Article Three-Nature of the Obligation
1. The store’s obligation toward the consumer is to provide the offered products and/or services.
2. The store may provide additional services, including after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the product or service requested by the consumer.
Article Four-Terms of Use
1. The consumer undertakes to use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Upon purchasing any product or service from the store, the consumer agrees not to use it in any manner that violates public morals or applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five-Accounts and Registration
Upon registering for membership with the store, the consumer is required to provide specific information and choose a confidential username and password. By doing so, the consumer agrees to the following:
1. He/she is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information and passwords and must notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2. The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect material or moral loss resulting from the disclosure of the consumer’s username or password.
3. The consumer is solely responsible for the use of his/her account. Any use by others shall be deemed authorized by the consumer.
4. The consumer undertakes to use the store with seriousness and good faith.
5. The consumer agrees to provide true, accurate, current, complete, and lawful information and to update such information whenever necessary.
6. The store commits to treating the consumer’s personal data and contact information with complete confidentiality.
7. If the store discovers that the consumer has provided false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information, the store reserves the right to suspend or cancel the consumer’s account without prejudice to its legal rights.
8. In case of violation of any of the above, the store management reserves the right to suspend or terminate the consumer’s membership or restrict access to the store’s services.
Article Six-Electronic Communications and Official Means
1. The parties agree that communication shall take place via the email address registered on the platform.
2. The consumer agrees that all electronic communications, agreements, notices, and data shall be legally equivalent to written documents.
3. The store may communicate with the consumer regarding any matters related to this agreement through general or targeted electronic messages.
Article Seven-Amendments to the Agreement and Fees
1. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in effect.
2. This agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the binding framework governing the relationship between the store and the consumer.
3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the consumer must pay all applicable fees in full.
Article Eight-Payment and Payment Services
1. Payments may be made online using the payment methods available on the store.
2. The store is committed to displaying prices in accordance with fair market value.
3. The store shall issue invoices and receipts for all purchases made through the platform.
4. The store adheres to generally accepted accounting standards in managing its electronic operations.
Article Nine-Intellectual Property
1. All intellectual property rights related to the store belong exclusively to the store.
2. The consumer agrees to respect all intellectual property rights, including names, logos, designs, and content displayed on the store.
Article Ten-Store Liability
1. The store operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The store shall not be liable for losses resulting from errors or negligence caused by the consumer or third parties, including shipping companies.
3. The store guarantees that its products and services are lawful and authorized under Saudi regulations.
Article Eleven-Restriction of Access or Membership
The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict access to services at any time, without prior notice.
Article Twelve-Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen-General Provisions
1. The Arabic language shall prevail in the interpretation of this agreement.
2. Prices displayed on the store are subject to change at any time.
3. Promotional and marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
4. Both parties agree to comply with Sharia principles and applicable laws.
5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision of the store management.
